Return and exchange of goods

4.5 In the event that the Buyer requests a refund for returned goods of inadequate quality, he must e-mail send a request for a refund by email to info@coffeeshopamsterdam.lt. In the request for a refund, the Buyer must specify: name, order number, name and quantity of the wrong product, and the reason for the return. The money to the Buyer is returned to the bank account from which the goods were paid for.
