Lavender flowers (BIO) - 15g

Lavandula angustifolia, grey-blue flowers grown under controlled conditions in Germany.

Purpose: restlessness, difficulty falling asleep, flatulence, nervous bowel ailments, loss of appetite.

Usage: pour 2 full teaspoons in 250 - 300 ml of boiling water (optimal temperature 80 °C) and let the tea stand for about 5-10 minutes. If there is a lack of sweetener, the tea can be sweetened with honey.

Lavender tea can help calm an overworked nervous system. Unsweetened tea is also effective for stomach and female ailments and diarrhea. Another way to get the most out of lavender flowers is to make a lavender flower bath. Take about 15-30 g. lavender flowers, pour 1 liter of hot water over them and wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, strain and pour into the bath.
